Build a Bluebird House

Help establish a bluebird box trail in the park! Up to 15 participants are invited to join Our Communities as we create space for our feathered friends to make their homes.

This experience is open to all ages, however an adult companion is required for all children under 16 years of age. The event will be held rain or shine.

Students will gather in Suite K of the Francisco Alternative to assemble a wooden birdhouse; OC will provide materials and tools. Once the houses are built, participants will move to the park to install their creations. If a student prefers to keep the house they build, they may do so by making a donation to the park to cover the cost of materials.
